At Training Revelations, I design and implement strength and fitness programs for clients on an individual basis. Every unique plan is created with specific attention to biomechanics and application for daily life. Each exercise is supervised, critiqued, and revised for maximum safety and outcome.

Custom programs may include any and all of the following over time depending upon your unique goals:

Clients are required to train two times per week.
My own experience as well as evidence-based research supports training two to three times per week for optimal results. While some of my clients choose to train three times per week, when considering critical factors such as time, money, and motivation, two times per week has proven to be most effective for promoting progress, achieving goals, maintaining consistency, and improving sustainability.

Free client parking is available on the street directly outside my studio.

Training Revelations is an exclusive private facility specializing in personal training one client at a time. There are no gym memberships or passes.

There is a private changing room as well as a private restroom for clients.
