I am a Certified Personal Trainer and hold a BA in social work from the University of Pittsburgh with a minor concentration in psychology. After receiving my training certification, I was employed as a professional physical fitness instructor for the Jewish Community Center. There I instructed trainees to use proper exercise techniques to maintain safety and ensure maximum progress. Additionally, I provided private in-home instruction and assisted with the design and creation of various home gyms.

In 2005, I established Training Revelations, which has allowed me to work privately with clients to achieve a wide range of fitness goals. These include enhancing function and mobility, enriching health and wellbeing, improving physical appearance, building motivation and confidence, and providing skills for sustainable fitness. Helping my clients to reach their training objectives continues to be my biggest motivation. My clients are the most qualified to talk about their experiences which I invite you to read here.
